Id give this zero stars if I could, I am furious! I have previously visited this salon twice and always had a decent experience, but not today. I booked an appointment for a nail removal, which is listed on their website as a 15 minute service. Because of this, my husband and son decided to sit in the car thinking it would be quicker to just wait than go home. We were greeted by a wonderful woman named Tiffany who applied acetone and wrapped my sisters fingers. And then we proceeded to sit for an hour plus watching as people passed us with no acknowledgement or even a second glance. Once we stood up to leave after over an hour, we were then asked if we were leaving and only once we were walking out the door were nail techs apologizing and telling us someone would be with us shortly. The kicker? The nail tech I booked with WASNT EVEN THERE I wont be back, and will not be further recommending the establishment.

While I love the people here, I have to change my review. I spent over $135 here and in less than a week, this is how my nails ended up. Since I was on vacation, I just got them done again down in Florida but I was disappointed that this is how they ended up. This isn't the first time I've had this experience. I'm not sure what it is that is different from others, but the last few times I've been here for gel, my nails crack within a week.

Ive been going to Dream Salon for almost a year know and cannot recommend the salon enough! Kaity is an absolute gem! She helped me switch up my basic cut by suggesting a few different options before we agreed to make a small change to start. Love that she never pressured me into doing anything more than Im comfortable with. I also started getting the Keratin smoothing treatment with Kaity and cannot recommend it enough! She is so knowledgeable and answers all my questions and I always love the results.

I only went to this place at first because they were the only salon in my area that was opened on Sunday and I was desperate to get my dip powder extentions removed. And my experience there was okay. The employees were friendly and the place seemed to be pretty clean. It's small, so don't expect super high quality stations and equipment or a large selection of polish colors. Once my dip powder was removed my nails were very rough and didn't feel very smooth, even after polish, which is something I hadn't experienced with dip powder in the past. They do not do sns in the salon, which wasn't told to me when I called ahead to ask if they could do what I needed, so my nail tech tried to remove them like I had on gel, which didn't really work out. She then resorted to scraping with a metal tool and using an electric file on my nails, which burned at times. I went with my friend who just got a basic manicure, which turned out okay. It looked a little rough around the edges, but she said her experience was fine. The pricing was decent (except for the pricey up-charge for the dip powder removal) and my experience was okay, but I don't see myself going back to that salon. I apologize for the essay, but I wanted to make sure I hit all the necessary points
