While they do have very good products, their customer service sucks. They never answer questions that you have, instead they dodge the question. They have no posted hours so it's difficult to come in and pick up your products. I asked them on three different occasions what time they close and failed to answer those three times. They don't call you when the products are complete, they wait until you contact them to tell you they are done. I would recomind someone else. I only went to these people because my work always went to them. Go to someone else. I'm in the process of changing companies.

This is the worst, most unprofessional company I have ever attempted to work with and I literally didn't even using them. When I emailed them, it was like he was incapable of answering the most basic questions (eg: How would you like to recieve the image file?) I had to send 3 emails probing him to provide all the requested information. Additionally, when I called because email was getting me no where, he was so RUDE! I asked about pricing and when I showed confusion due to pricing, he scolded me saying "What, are you mad or something?!" Who the says that to a potential customer?! Stay away. Dealing with this man is a waste of your time. He may be cheap, but trust me when I say, spending $15 extra to go somewhere else will save you weeks of frustration.
