Horrible service here, not good customer service and prices change. I went in and wanted to see how much it would be for a few shirts I got a price ok. I went and got the shirts I wanted printed on. When I came back and wrote up what I wanted the lady said ok they should be ready in a few days. I called 3 days later, I got the response of sorry the lady that is doing the order isn't in. Ok, I give it 2 more days call back lady is out and will be back next week. Hmmmm, ok call back following week want to see how long now. I get we are behind but working on it. I then ask what's my total again, see if maybe with all the trouble they may have given me a small discount after everything and my total they gave me was way more then what I was told the day I came in. I explained that and was told I would have to talk to some guy. How can the price change I have it wrote down right here what I was told the day I dropped off. Then I am told it's because I brought my own I and didn't purchase the shorts they had for sale there. How much sense does that make!? So I said we'll sense you haven't started on them, don't I'm coming to pick them up. They were rude and unprofessional. I have taken my business somewhere else. 1 had to give 1 start I would rather give none.

We came into the shop with a design we had drawn for us by an artist. We ordered 24 shirts for our small business. When the shirts came in however, we noticed some mistakes. Colors were wrong, the designs were shifted to the left and crooked! We were devastated. When returning to tko we were told they would only replace our shirts if they could sell the originals in their shop? SERIOUSLY? our design & our shirts we plan to sell in the same town and they want to sell the screw ups? No thank you! We will not be doing business with them again and encourage others to think before they do also!
