my doctor was nice. When it was time to renew my medicine I had to run through a lot of nonsense and unnecessary communication issues. Also I have a health condition that is easily resolved with a trip to the dermatologist yet they have not Scheduled me for one. Anything that has to do with state insurance I have Found is about billing. They prolong the process and drag it out to get you in for more visits so they can bill the insurance. From the time we stepped in the GYOB office, until the time we left, my daughter ( patient) was Very well taken care of, it was her first time getting examined. They treated her, as well as myself with the upmost care and dignity I've seen in a long time. My daughter gets Very anxious when it comes to appts such as this. Had an appointment today put in time for work. Received two calls on my way to the office one asking me am I still coming in and one two minutes later saying my doctor was canceling my appointment. In a lot of pain because of allergy and sinus pressure so I needed this appointment. To call me twice in a matter of minutes then Tell me I have to reschedule is unfair. I will not be coming back to this location Im changing doctors
