Never hire this company to do any work. I have been trying to have them correct graphic on my windows for over a year. Wrong color was put up that doesnt even Match & they are all peeling off. Owner will not return phone call & keeps staff keeps telling me they are really trying to help but the owner is untrustworthy & does not stand behind his work or his work Lots of good companies that do window graphics so save your Self a lot of money & time be going else where Doesnt deserve 1 star but its not an option Js

Hey Mike, I apologize for your bad experience. I am the Head Designer here at Instinct Graphics. Looking back in my system I see a total of 13 jobs completed for you and your company, so leaving a 1 star "Buyer Beware" rating in reference to 1 job I have no record of is a little overboard. Not to mention that in the past 13 approved and completed jobs you have not one time ever been charged a design fee, which would entitle you to the paid artwork... that you didn't pay for. However, in regards to your artwork, please feel free to call me any time at 856-685-7111 ask for MIKE CASTRO. I will try to locate whatever you need or are looking for. UPDATE: Mike, we have NO record of a logo redesign. I didn't say you didn't pay for any of the other APPROVED or COMPLETED jobs i have records and did plenty of leg work leading to my original response including speaking to my billing and administrative team. I did notice however that we didn't receive a call from you requesting either a refund or your "paid" artwork. If you can help me by providing proof of what you're missing or believe you're entitled to, I will be more than happy to help you. I began working at Instinct in June, and this is the first I'm hearing about it. -Mike

I paid to have artwork made. Never received any artwork, called the company and never heard back. Very unprofessional, BUYER BEWARE UPDATE THERE WAS 12 COMPLETED JOBS AND 13 WERE PAID FOR. I PAID TO HAVE MY LOGO REDESIGNED WITH THE PROPER FORMATS VECTOR,PDF, ETC. YOU NEVER DELIVERED THE ARTWORK. I CALLED TWICE ABOUT IT, AND WAS SUPPOSE TO RECIEVE A CALL BACK. IT HAS BEEN A YEAR WITHOUT A CALL. NOTICE THE ATTITUDE LEFT TRYING TO SAY I DID NOT PAY FOR ARTWORK. IF YOU WERE GOING TO REPLY TO THIS YOU SHOULD HAVE DONE SOME LEG WORK, BEFORE ACCUSING ME. SO BEWARE THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND THEN ACCUSE YOU OF NOT PAYING.......

I went to a lot of print shops and they all came with a headache. This is hands down the best place to go when it comes to getting your yard signs done. They have done all of my design work check it out on facebook. Ambuck services, every graphic from facebook banner, Van decals , door hanger design and more was done by them. If your looking to loose the headache and price gauging by other companies go here. Oh and there staff is the bomb diggity especially Tip he can design anything.
