Lot has changed and not the same I felt uncomfortable ,changes are good ,but I found at Martin's there have way to many young people there,there still and fine answers,then sit at the computer looking for answers on what every there working on. You need some of the older people back to help these young people .I use to know every one there there was friendly these young one are also but nothing like the older ones are, something tells me that ,its not longer run a Martin. I am going to have to think about bring my car back.I was very unhappy
I recently purchased a new Tahoe from Rudy Orosco. He was a huge help, very professional, and continued to assist with questions even after the sale was made. You guys are lucky to have an employee like him. A+
We will never do business with Martin Chevrolet. They first advertised a false price that didn't include all options on the car, then after agreeing to a price they tried to change it again so we left. The worst part is that the manager "Tex" called us on the way home asking us to turn around promising to make things right after we were 30 minutes away. Once we arrived again he informed us that our trade is is now worth less so the price we had to pay is now even higher than before. Absolutely dishonest...
