We have absolutely no record of this customer ever bringing a regulator in for service. This customer must have us confused with another shop.Each of our customers also gets the old parts to confirm the service.

I took my regulator here for service. It took them over 2 months to get around to it and when it came back the second stage free flowed as soon as I turned on the tank. I took it to another shop without telling them where I originally went and they said it looked like the other shop hadn't actually cleaned it or replaced any of the necessary parts!
