Ive been looking for a certain type of style and design of shoes. My father really loves. Fathers Day right around the corner. This is the most horrible shopping experience I have ever had. I went to this store while I was traveling in NC for a trip. They did not have a correct size of shoes and offered me to ship the one to my house. When I got home a couple days later, I saw the shoes with the correct size on the box, the the shoes was a wrong size. I did not understand how people could make a mistake like this. Don't they even check the size before shipping? Now the problem becomes that I have to return the shoes in the store since I purchased it in store. There is no way I could get a refund unless I take this shoes and show up in a store. And there is no store around where I live. Really inconvenient and helpless custom service. Will never get anything from them again.
