The owner of the store is extremely arrogant and rude. It apperas that they are the main wide shoe store in this area, so he feels that people have no choice. If I could give a zero or a negative rating I would. He is not interested in any business, but in just putting people down for their difficult feet pain situation. Please avoid this store and find online alternatives.

Great selection of wide shoes! Staff knew their merchandise. I have issues with drop foot and they even had great suggestions for good shoes to wear for that! Very pleased! Prices are a little high, but for foot comfort and support? It's worth it

Even if you feel your client is rude, you should be polite. Turn the other cheek. Its too bad for you, and all the clients you will never get due to these reviews and your nasty responses to these reviews. If you want more business, then apologize to anyone feeling uncomfortable for any reason in your store! I probably will not come in again due to your attitude of self righteousness to be rude back to visitors in your store. Please be polite and apologize to people who are unhappy and uncomfortable when in your store. Find out what YOU can do to make each visit wonderful!
