Not impressed. After a lengthy discussion of where to place the embroidery on 2 scarce, unusual aprons, they put it in a totally different place. They offered to correct it, but admitted you would see the mistake. I would not trust them with important or special pieces. They quickly offered to refund the embroidery fee, which doesn't really help. But, if that is what you are looking for, this is your place. Not me. I prefer to do business with people that actually provide the service that was discussed and expected.

I love this store, the staff has always been so helpful. I have them do a lot of embroidery on shirts for me and I have never had a problem. In one case I was able to get next day service. Love this store! And I have been sending all my friends. They have excellent choices of gift ideas.

Went in to get a child's name embroidered on a striped train conductors hat and they did an awful job. I complained that it was too small and not visible on the striped hat. They should have at least used a solid background patch or something so you could read it. They never offered to fix it or refund my money. Needless to say, I won't be going back.
