Doug, I'm sorry, I'm not sure why you felt the way you did. We had a pleasant visit with you which we conversed about your industry and talked about a mutual friend for over 30 minutes. I showed you various samples from our showroom and gave you ideas. I gave you honest feedback about your logo and what we would do to make it look its best. I asked you to email me your original file which you didn't have with you at the time. I followed up with you a couple times for that file and you have yet to send it to me. I offered the option of ordering online as a convenience to you because as you recall, you were telling me how busy you were this time of year. If it is more convenient to stop by our showroom, of course you are always welcome to do that. Let us show you why our work is the best in Utah.

Brought my logo in to talk about getting some shirts and hats made up.. I think it was the owner I talked to. Made me feel like I was a inconvenience for showing up in store. When I was leaving he told me I didn't need to come to store just order online even though my logo needed help to be ready for embroidery. I left this business feeling a little upset. I found a different company to make my swag. They sat me down where helpful and professional. Inkwear in NSL.

Shelbie, thank you for your business over the years. As you recall, when you called me a week after you came into our showroom and wanted to change your entire order we were already half done with your order by then. For the hoodies that had not yet been started, I told you if you were willing to pay the freight and restocking fee that I get charged to send them back, I would be more than happy to make the change for you. You declined to pay those costs that I would have incurred and you reluctantly agreed to proceed with your original order. We finished this part of your order a little over a week later, after which your husband decided he really wanted the other brand and color after all but by this time it was much too late. We are sorry, but once apparel has been printed, they cannot be returned. We gave you the opportunity before they were printed to make the switch. I'm disappointed that you accuse me of giving you the wrong product as you know that is not what happened.

I am never one to do a review because I am totally not one to 'BE THAT PERSON' however, the owner Craig is something else. We have had so many 'he said, she said' situations, as well as getting product we did not want, nor did we order. Well, the work was already done, and at pick up they were the wrong items and now we are the ones he wants to hold responsible for it. My husband had stated that our items were wrong, and Craig went on and told my husband that I was the one """who went in store and told him exactly what to order""" and tried to place blame on me - just so he didn't have to be stuck with product, or pay a restocking fee. For the record, I called him once to tell him a few colors on hats, which he had already ordered, so we stuck with that product and paid for it. We had already paid the invoice of over 2k, so my husband offered to take the wrong product, but at half price so he wasn't stuck with them and wanted to get the others ordered for the difference that was owed for the mistake. But was not having it, and had sent multiple emails demanding that we need to stick to an agreement and stated he was under no obligation to return WRONG PRODUCT - which we would have, if it was the agreement we AGREED too. The last two years, ScreenPro did all of our stuff (screen printing, embroidery), and honestly the work in itself is good, and have been happy with it. BUT, Communication, customer service, AND HONESTY, not so much. He is very pushy. We will never so business with ScreenPro again.
