Horrible service, very vague about information that's needed and usually have to go back and forth just to process 1 app. Lines are usually long and staff doesn't seem to really care.

Every office in city tech is designed to make the students run around and provide you with little to no help. 85 % of the workers seems stressed out and have the worst attitude . Forget about calling the financial aid office because you will never get anyone to pick up during normal business hours. Want to leave a message no one will get back to you during those 48 hours they proclaim that they answer all vocemail . It's so frustrating . Patiently waiting to graduate
