Horrible customer service. I had an issue with my premium being taken out of my accout to erarly, and this company would not help me out with the fees i received because of their mistake. I will make sure my friends and family know to never do business with them.

This company is the absolute worst company that I have ever dealt with. I was hit while parked in a parking lot by a lady that had American Family as well and my premiums went up, I didn't file a claim she did for her car. My premiums went up, my daughter had a policy with them, and she was in an accident my policy went up I wasn't on her policy. I've personally never had a speeding ticket or accident and I have been docked twice for it. Not to mention I never even actually met the agent nor did he ever come out to meet me when I visited the offices.

I love Mrs. Hailey! I deal with her the most when I call the AmFam office. She is the absolute best hands down. Austin Rolf is a lucky man to have her on his team. I have had them as my insurance for 10 yrs more or less and I love them all in this office, I refuse to change insurance. They have never ever stirred me wrong.
