The staff was awful and seemed they have never been around customes in their lives. This place is terrible and I would not recommend it to anyone.

I walked in, signed in, and stood at the desk for 5 minutes....the entire time this woman named Hee was texting in a chair and watching tv. She then answered her own cell phone and began laughing... eventually she stood up and realized someone was in the area of business. She looked at me, waved, and walked to the back to continue her phone call... I was the only person in the shop!!!! I thought I could rely on walking in and hoping any of the employees other than my usual could cut my hair. I guess not.
