Usually, I don't leave reviews of a negative nature online. Being in the business on a managerial level, I try to reach out personally if my experience was so horrible it warrants negative feedback. I did that the FIRST time, and I was sooo cool with the manager, I understand that things happen, and this USED to be my favorite restaurant downtown, but the utter lack of effort put into my to go orders has been BEYOND horrible to the point that I can't ignore this. My order, which consisted of chicken and waffles sliders, which are KILLER when done right, was missing the candied bacon, the maple sauce, AND the hot honey sauce, not once, but BOTH times. The first time, they gave me a gift card to give them another Chance, which was cool. But I ordered the same thing for my husband AND myself excited and expecting it to be right, only to be even more disappointed than the first time. This time, my husband's fries were CHEWY and cold, leaving me to believe they were sitting in a fry bowl dying under heat lamps for good knows how long, the chicken on all 4 sandwiches was so small, it was comical and not to mention so dry and stringy the cats couldn't even chew it. I'm sorry, but I gave this place a chance to redeem themselves, but I was so utterly disappointed that rather than get more frustrated and call them AGAIN for the same reason, I would rather let everyone know not to order to go, if you do, check it before you leave. It's upsetting because I used to LOVE this place and I always brought my out of town guests to eat here. Since they opened, I I rallied behind them in support but the last 3 times I've been, once dine in, twice to go, I've been dissatisfied. I let the first time slide cuz everyone has an off day. Second time I reached out, third strike, your out in my opinion. I hope they get it back together. Oh, not only that, but the sandwiches were also missing the bacon and sauces as well as the other problems which is why I'm so mad, cuz they literally didn't fix ANYTHING. Sorry for the long rant
