Everyone was pretty nice and helpful UNTIL I ran into the used car manager he was loud rude and didnt let us get a word in and told my cousin he was babbling. Amazing how one person can ruin youre whole experience. Oh and in the end took the deal off the table after saying I gave you the deal Ill honor it But I mean how much can you literally expect from a used car sales man. Anyways good dealership but avoid the used cars.
Don't ever bring your car there for service, and if you really have to make sure you take picture of your car from all angles. I brought my car there for service, and the car came back with rear bumper damage, a broken taillight, and a defective battery. My car was perfectly fine prior to dropping it off there. My car had a full inspection in August and was at the body shop two weeks ago so my car had no dents, scratches, or damages. The advisor, Eytan was rude and hung up the phone on me. They told me to call warranty to fix a problem that they created.
Thank you very much, Ralph, for the wonderful review. It is our honor to count you as part of the Vista Family. Please let us know if there is anything we can do for you - we are here when you need us!

Ive been a customer of Vista BMW of Pompano Beach now for many years and Ive always been very happy with the sales staff and service department. I have always been treated very well by all of the BMW personal including but not limited to Mike (always has a smile on his face), Frank de Varona and Omar Acosta. Recently I had to bring two of my vehicles for service in the same week, which added some extra stress to an already stressful week and it was nice having someone like Frank to take good care of me, with a smile. I makes a big difference when you actually have someone that genuinely wants to help you. I would recommend Vista BMW of Pompano to any one looking to purchase or lease a BMW, you will be very happy you did.
My 2020 BMW X1 was totaled on 01/10/21. The payoff between Geico and BMW was completed on 03/10/21. Gap insurance was purchased, and paid in July of 2021. When I noticed there was still a balance, I reached out to the BMW Pompano dealership, which did not return my call or email request as to how to resolve the open balance. In January 2022, BMW NA sent a notice that they will be reporting the unpaid balance to the credit bureau on 03/09/22. I spoke to Andy Warner on 01/10/22, who advised paperwork to refund the unused extended warranty and maintenance was needed, the first I heard of this information. This was sent to me on 01/13/22, and returned on 01/14/22. Andy advised this could take 6-8 weeks in order to be resolved. On 02/08/22, I sent an email follow-up to check on the status and on 02/22/22, I left a voicemail for both Andy and the finance manager, to which I have not heard back. I also called BMW NA Finance to push back the date this would be reported to collections, and they advised they are unable. Had the information been provided when I requested back in July 2021 from Vista BMW, this would not be an issue, but since it was provided significantly late due to the nonresponse of the local office, my credit could be affected in less than 2-weeks. I am looking for BMW to release payment of the unused extended warranty and maintenance immediately to BMW NA Finance.
