Sorry you were unhappy with lack of communications. We have recently started using a new system that includes email approvals for quotes and artwork, and also allows messaging with the customer via email. As a result, our communications have been greatly improved. We pride ourselves in ensuring our customers are exceptionally pleased with their final product.

Asked for some shirts to be made for my company (13). Took two weeks or better to get them. They don't stay in touch with the client to let them know what is going on with their order. And in this case the shirts had already been paid for.
