Salesman showed us to the car which was locked, so off he went to get the keys, 10 minutes later still not back, another Salesman asks if we are OK, explain the situation, and he says he's started serving someone else

Beware of this car dealership, they sold me the A8 with faulty engine and faulty cruise control. And they are telling me to go to main dealership for sorting out the problem which costing me time and money. #cartraders #selling

First time not buying from main dealership but I wanted to take a chance with AMT auto after I read all the great reviews etc. I was not disappointed - there is a reason this business is rated so highly. From the moment I first spoke to Gerry I was dealt with in a very professional and friendly manner - vastly different experience compared to recent convos with other dealers. Their price point compared to the market presents good value for money, and the value on my p/e was very fair based on current market values. Rob was on hand throughout the process - no question was too stupid or annoying and I felt reassured throughout what was a seamless process. Highly recommended to anyone considering!

Great experience selling my car with AMT, contacted by Gerry who was courteous and offered me what I wanted for my car and got a confirmation email of agreed price almost immediately. I then was guided through the process by Gemma at AMT and through pick up at my convenience and payment , was all efficient and smooth. Thanks Gerry and Gemma great service !

I eventually found a car i am very interested in. Better at a dealership with good reviews. Do not be fooled by reviews. I called Saterday and spoken to Rob, i needed some info regarding the transaction. It is today 3 bussiness days down and not a single word or feedback. I called numerious times and left messages for him to get back to me but no luck. I called again to speak to someone but hold on forever no luck. There is just no customer service in this place. I would not be suprised getting a call with a lame excuse to say "sorry car is sold". Besides this phathetic service make me to waste time that i could vent to find a dealer whom realy want to assist customers. Your service is phathetic.
