My experience with this airline is just utterly terrible. Flight got cancelled and was not given any notice at all. Customer service attendants were rude, unapologetic and did not even bother to explain why the flight got cancelled. As a customer, I was treated as though I was at fault for the bloody flight to be cancelled. Do not choose this airline even if a free ticket is being offered to you. Ridiculous.

Alaska Air line is a ulta low cost airline. Basic facilities are not inside. Seating is not comfortable. Crue-members are very polite.

Wow. First time flying Alaska Air and Im incredibly impressed. Friendly staff, clean and modern aircraft, comfortable seats, plenty of amenities and snacks, and free in-flight WiFi for messaging and entertainment! Seamless service on Black Friday (none the less) and waited all of 5 minutes for our luggage. WELL DONE!

Absolutely crazy experience with them. We got stuck as they had gate problems, and we waited 50 minutes exactly. After that i came to baggage claim to get my bag. However, it turned out that is not there at all. They even dont know where it was exactly. How the hell in 21st century when u guys have all technologies in the world can not figure out by qr code either it was loaded to the flight or not. Giving 2 stars only because the personnel was doing good.
