You guys treated Jonathan Moffett extremely unprofessionally. Hopefully you guys can hire people WHO KNOW how to rebuild an engine. ****DO NOT**** take your BMW here to get anything fixed. They fix everything wrong, and do not refund/take accountability for there actions. Do better.
We apologize for the miscommunication and that Bently made the honest mistake of mixing up 2 numbers in the stock# of the vehicle confirming the car was in stock when the one you were interested was not. We have taken this feedback and used it internally to improve our internal processes.

After several communications and confirmations made with Bently Cheng that the vehicle I was interested in was available to purchase, I drove down to the dealership. Upon arrival, Bently informs me that the car was sold, but he has other vehicles he would like to show me. I would have been okay if the car sold within the 30 minutes it took me to drive to the dealer as I understand the current competitive market. However, the car sold 2 days previous which is completely unacceptable to not have known as a salesperson as I asked him repeatedly to put eyes on it to make sure before I drove out. Whether intentional or an honest mistake, Bentleys lack of due diligence wasted over an hour of not only my time, but also my wifes time and her disappointment that her car was sold.
Great experience from start to finish with the Sterling BMW group. Matt and Kevin helped me through the process with professionalism and efficiency without any pressure. I really appreciated the experience and love the new car.
