Dont go here poor customer serviceThe staff just keep stating policy and ignored the fact a patient of their Dr office was out of contacts and wouldnt provide trial pairs because we didnt purchase from them

Dr is Ok Front Desk staff is terrible. Will have you running back and forth to the office. They are not capable of answering questions about anything and are very unprofessional. They act like they are doing you a favor when youre the patient.

Wouldn't recommend taking a child there. The receptionist was friendly. Dr Poudyal doesn't have good child bedside manner. He was rushing, not explaining anything, just giving orders.. didn't explain what he was doing regarding putting eye drops in her eyes for dialation. Treating her as though she have worn glasses before. At the end of the exam he says, make sure she wear them at all times. It wasn't a good experience. I know its best to wear glasses when needed depending on the prescription. So she only wears them as needed. His inability to communicate made me wish I taken her somewhere else, but she needed a quick exam. I told her she shouldn't worry that her next experience will be somewhere else with a friendlier doctor and not to believe that was standard.
