I would have given no stars if there was an option. i made contact with the company which is made up of 'Hassan', 'Hassan' and 'Hassan'. i spoke to Hassan, told him i like a vehicle he has, i will travel from a location in Europe during lock down, with 1 travel exemption. I need the vehicle to be road worthy so i can inspect vehicle and docs, pay him and drive away. He stated he had 2 people also interested so to secure it i need to place a small deposit. i offered 300 and got on my way to collect the vehicle. i got to the garage and the vehicle would not start and 3 tyres were extremely worn but 'Hassan' insisted the vehicle had a valid MOT. so i asked him to show me in the office. we walked to the office he pondered about a little and admitted he didnt have an MOT. he insisted he will have the MOT done by the evening but can only replace 2 tyres bearing in mind one worn tyre is enough to fail an MOT meaning he was willing to sell a non roadworthy vehicle. They've kept the 300 and I'm trying to get it off them. *********And So Try, I have*********** Fast forward to 15/07/2021 - I visited, 1st Choice Motors site, this time Hassan wasn't there (honestly I can't remember what he looked like as I haven't been very fund of him). I met 3 men and a boy. The manager who's name I never got because he started swearing at me and reacted like a goat ( got very close hoping for a response and when he didn't get one he called the police, when he was asked "should I smash in some of your liabilities to the cost of 300.00?"). Police came, he lied about swearing and his son smirked, poor boy. Anyway the second man said he was Mohammed, he was calm but was playing bad cop, good cop. I got my money back today (19072021) after numerous emails. The only way to get your money back is to force them to call the police, then they have to make a commitment to return your funds with proof of invoice, due to the issue being civil. Never again.

I recently bought a new car from 1st choice motors. Rick and the team were very professional and were very easy to deal with throughout the process and I didnt feel rushed at all. We went for a long test drive and Rick coached me through the best way to drive. Thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience- great team, great service, great car!

Friendly salesman (Mo), but I cant recommend this seller based on my aftersales experience. Having bought a car on the basis that it was in excellent condition, all manner of things start going wrong over the first week, so i take it back, talk to the manager and get told "this car was part ex'd in for something we were selling. No warranty. No refunds. No guarantee." They did offer to have the car checked by a mechanic, but since I needed a car for Monday, and they couldn't get it done till Monday I had no option but to take the car and leave, with the check engine light still on. I believe the seller allows you to have an independent mechanic check the car before you buy, and I should have done that myself. Lesson learnt and expensive paperweight in my drive now.
