We are sorry you had such a terrible experience with us, no business wants to have a customer deal with a situation like this however we did do our best to make things right with the refund, repair of the damaged parts and of course the powder coated latch mechanism. Although this in no way minimizes the way you feel and what you experienced, all of which we understand. Feel free to e-mail or call the shop to set up getting those to you next week. Those have been delayed due to long lead times on powder coating paint, we normally do not have black in stock. We have made changes internally and since revised our processes, procedures and quality checks to help avoid costly mistakes like this for our current and future customers. In regards to the communication issues, since this ordeal we have changed our processes to ensure all communication with customers is done via e-mail rather than text and phone. Again, we are sorry for the hassle, take care and enjoy your Westy. Kind regards, Kirk

Our experience with Northwesty was not great. - Communication was terrible. We dropped off our van the first week of December, and were told it would be ready by the end of February. We called weekly for updates starting in March and would get no answers on to the status. We were told it went to paint the beginning of April, only to be told two weeks later they discovered more rust damage and it needed another two weeks before paint. - The agreed upon price changed without running it by us first. On top of the additional few thousand dollars, not all of the work we requested was completed. - The big issue, when we drove it off the lot to take it home, our tire literally fell off. Kirk did refund us 3k for this issue, but it was serious negligence. Someone could have gotten very hurt. Our van then had to go back for repairs that dont look great (notice the paint drop we were told would settle) - Finally, the told us they would throw in a few free things to make up for all the issues. They brought our van back to us and none of them had been done. Its been weeks and we have heard nothing. For 25k worth of work, I expected the a quality job and to be treated with honesty. Im not sure if they took on too many jobs and tried to get through ours as quickly as possible, but the quality and the service dont match the price. I wouldnt go back to them for anything van related again.
Took 6 weeks to get order after payment was processed. Received incorrect parts, was insulted and accused of fraud by owner and shop manager. Filed complaint with American express. After case was reviewed by credit agency, charges were reversed.
100% the best shop to take your beloved van to. They were extremely helpful and dedicated to ensure that my van was ready for a cross country trip. The most amazing experience.
