I wanted provide feedback for my experience. It seems, not only this time, but my first purchase as well with BMW, that once the papers are signed, Im totally kicked to the curb. I find it very discouraging that sales disconnect before the end to ensure all loops are closed. It was very frustrating to find the key wasnt working, but to ultimately discover the car does not have keyless entry, my salesperson didn't seem to know. In addition, I requested several times, to have my floor mats and other personal items transferred from the former car to the newly purchased one. However, none of those requests were made. I was under the impression that the new car would be detailed. But, when I went with the genius to assist with setup, I noticed, it was not detailed at all. Very disappointing that I had to ask to have a new vehicle detailed. My salesperson seemed a bit peed with me when I tried to address these issues with them, but trust me, I did not want to interrupt transactions with the new client any more than they wanted me to. But what I did want, was the treatment I deserved. Hopefully, if nothing more, my note will afford the opportunity for them to be more present with future clients and ensure the deal is completely closed.
Nick, allow me to apologize for the lack of communication on our part. Keeping our guests informed is a priority, and I can understand how frustrating it is to wait for news about your vehicle. I regret that we were unable to find the source of the throttle delay. Though checking your vehicle's codes is always an excellent first step, I'm certain there is more we could've done to rectify this. Absolutely abysmal first time customer service. Brought in our sons E46 for a coolant flush. Had an oil change done as well and wanted the tech to investigate the cars very long throttle delay. Dealer had the vehicle for two days. Absolutely zero communication. Call any one of the multiple numbers available and no one answers. They were happy to charge ~$200 for the oil change but couldnt be bothered to properly diagnose the throttle issue. Didnt even drive the car. Just check codes, charge $125 fee and call it a day. Complete waste of time.

I love it here! It's never fun to get your car serviced, but the ambiance in Zeigler is unmatched, which makes it a full experience. I'm not sure if it's the fireplace, the Starbucks, the lighting, or the vintage artwork in the men's bathroom that I love the most lol. I had to get my car towed. This was the closest BMW dealership. While the young lady that assisted me when I picked up my car was pleasant, every other interaction by phone prior to pickup ranged from indifferent, at best, to rude. Oh, the gentleman who called to tell me my car was ready was also polite.
