Starting a new business has been a fun, exciting and difficult challenge. Heart Cards, LLC was on a mission to find a great printer who would provide excellent customer service along with one of the highest quality printing Nashville has to offer. Phillips Printing has met both of these challenges and exceeded in both customer service and meeting the quality of Heart Cards, LLC. Their CEO, Sheila Hearn went out of her way to explain the printing process, including on a more in depth level. Revealing just how knowledgeable her and the Phillips Printing team are in their field. It was exciting to hear bits of the science behind the printing process, see the many different tools and machines they use to insure excellent quality. They even offered to tweak the setting on my personal computer to help with matching the color of printing. Always returned messages quickly, helped with questions and gave great advice. All to say I received excellent customer service, outstanding print quality and a fun learning experience. I would highly recommend Phillips Printing to a friend!
