I was really looking forward to visiting this store, but found my experience quite disappointing. The army surplus section of this store is rather small compared to the rest, comprising mostly of pants, duffle bags, canteens, and ammo boxes. Mess and medical supplies were extremely limited to nonexistent. Military esbit stoves/fuel and genuine military MREs were completely absent. Most of the items carried are budget-brand camping supplies, army-themed clothing, and ephemera. To my dismay, two of the employees were not wearing masks and allowed in customers who did not wear them either. One of the attendants teased me at the counter when the keypad acted up. I should have left then and there, but I was caught up in my embarrassment and completed my purchase. I'll try my luck elsewhere :(
Joseph I'm sorry you had this experience at our store that's not the way we like to do business. If you'd like you can call the store and leave me a voicemail,(Steve) I'd like to hear more about what happened so I can correct it, thanks for your feedback.

Worst customer service ever me and my wife sat waiting to be acknowledg'd and asked for help for 15 minutes another gentleman walked in and they immediately asked him what he needed. When we brought it to another employee's attention he said sorry and then followed with I already said I'm sorry
Staff was friendly, but I I was underwhelmed with the "surplus" items. There were a few useful civilian camping things.....
