Complete Bait and Switch. Do not go there to go kiteboarding, you will spend 3 hours learning how to fly a kite, and not even touch the water for $200. The owner called and yelled at me on the phone and then hung up. I don't know how this place is still in business

The Guys at Captain Kirks are knowledgable and run a good shop. I had a small misunderstanding when I brought in a kite for repair and requested a quote for repair. There was a mix up and the quote was never given but the repair was still made. I was a little upset because the repair was rather large and more $$ than I had planned. They guys at the shop apologized for the mistake and gave me a discount on the repair which I really appreciated. The main thing I care about is a business being able to admit a mistake and make an effort to make up for the error to the customer, which they did. I am stoked on their service and will return to give them more business.
