I like their Columbian, my Grandmothers liked their Columbian, my aunts like it. They didn't offer the 100% Columbian at their site, only Columbian Peaks. I went to their site on an advertised in email they sent me for a 20% discount and free delivery on all orders over $30. I found and ordered a 33 oz bag of Columbian Peaks for $33. However, when I placed my order, I did not receive the discount. When I clicked the customer service button, it tossed my order number page from history (this can only be done deliberately by the application) so I could not see it again. So I checked my email, as it is standard practice for e-ordering systems to immediately email order receipts to customers - nothing. Their customer service center's disconnected me 3 times, once when someone was about to resolve the issue. After 55 minutes the 4th time a service rep said the $33 order did not qualify because after the discount the order was under $30. For this to be true the e-coupon should have said $37.50, not $30. I told the idiots to cancel my order. Their customer service center LIE to customers. Do not bother using this site, they probably do not deliver either?

Zero customer service and stale coffee! If you absolutely need Eight OClock coffee, buy it anywhere but the source: I ordered 6 packs of Central Highlands from Eight OClock via their website and every pack had an expiration date of only 3 months away, compared to a pack purchased at ShopRite which Id had for 2 months already, but was several months fresher. I made 5 attempts to contact them of this issue (and included photos of the expiration date) and all but the last attempt thanked me for my concern but made no attempt to resolve. My last communication was entirely ignored.
