Pricing is decent however, customer service is not good at all. The lady who owns the place acts very put out and inconvenienced when speaking with her. As if she doesn't have the time to answer questions. I have went there during business hours and the doors were locked. My order took 3 weeks longer than I was told to receive. I will not go back to this place again

I had been a customer of Fire & Ice Graphics for the past two years. I placed an order with Fire & Ice for some hats and shirts. After placing the order I was informed that the business had sold. I was informed that the new owners had a printing process that would be better suited to the product I was having printed. I was given the opportunity to proceed with the order with the current owners or I could wait for the new owners and try their process. I contacted the new owners, it was discussed with them what I needed and the artwork Id been using was forwarded to them. I asked them if they could honor the pricing that I had been paying with the previous owner. They assured me they would print the shirts at the same price and sent me a WRITTEN ESTIMATE stating such. I met with the new owners, and the old owners and brought in examples of the work that had been done by the previous owners. They assured me everything would be fine and they would have the order finished on Monday February 3rd. On the evening of January 31st, the day before the new owners took possession of the business, I received an email from the new owners stating that the printing cost would be 20% higher than agreed upon. She stated she wasnt aware there was a small one color logo on the front of the shirts or a logo on the sleeves of the hoodies. The new owners were informed of the logos and their placement on three separate occasions, the new owner also stated they could make the front single color logo multiple colors at no additional charge. They saw pictures of the product, and they also saw the product in person. I forwarded them copies of previous invoices and asked them if theyd honor the original price like they said they would. I was told that I could either pay the price or take my business elsewhere. A VERY POOR BUSINESS PRACTICE FOR THE VERY FIRST DAY OF OWNERSHIP OF YOUR NEW BUSINESS!!!!! Had I been aware in advance they were going to jack up their prices I would have just had the previous owners fill the order. If youre looking for a business that operates with honesty and integrity, steer clear of this business!!!

The ink shed is definitely a top shelf print shop, the silk screening, and direct to garment printing are spot on, an the embroidery, oh my , outstanding. Staff is very efficient, the custom designs are excellent.
