Don't expect them to ever respond to maintenance requests. On the rare occasion they do respond, they will send a beligigerent reply annoyed that you had the audacity to request a basic service from them. All of this is especially annoying because their properties are not cheap.

They never respond to maintenance requests, will selectively respond to emails depending on how much work your request requires of them . Do nothing to help the renters. I expect more for such expensive rentals.

As a Real Estate Agent I can confidently say that GTI + the Team of professionals that work here are some of the best in the industry. Not only do they value their residents, they value the Agents who partner with them. They take very good care of residents, their maintenance / service requests, handle emergencies urgently, and are very reasonable and accommodating with situations that have occurred. Adrian, Brad, and Mario are very enjoyable and personable professionals. Their response time and accommodations as well as communication is certainly above average. Many of the clients we have worked with have lived here many years. The Management Company has a modern service to assist with maintenance requests. I have enjoyed working with them for over 10 years and cannot say enough good things about the Team and my experiences with them.

Wont be long before the driver of their black truck kills someone. 75-80 mph out of the tunnel using 3 lanes to pass people within inches, then sits at the bottom of the Somerville off ramp texting through a greenlight. You'd think these days you would GPS track your vehicles, which are a rolling billboard for your company.
