I bought my vehicle from their Mitsubishi dealership and purchased the extended warranty. I have put less than 2,000 miles on it and already have had to take it in. On top of it being a bad battery that isn't covered by the warranty I was charged over $100 just to diagnose the issue. If I had owned the vehicle longer it would be a different issue but considering how short of a time it has been this is ridiculous. Any other shop I have taken my vehicles to warn you of any possible fees in advance. If you buy a vehicle here skip the extended warranty so you can take your vehicle to your trusted mechanic.

Very dissatisfied with the process of purchasing our vehicle from Northtowne Lincoln. We were pre-approved for a loan through our bank, and Northtowne said they would beat the interest rate. The rate was higher than what our bank offered. We were also told if we purchased a warranty we would receive a rate of 2.25, which was not honored. Overall, I wish they would have been honest with us, because we would not have purchased the warranty if they were honest with us about it. I called Northtowne Monday after purchasing last Saturday, and conveniently the salesperson who sold us the vehicle was "on vacation" and we couldn't get ahold of the finance office. They don't appear to have any interest in trying to make this right.
