Did a D.O.T physical here 6/12/20. I call almost a month later because I lost the paperwork. I was told by the person answering the phone that they cannot find my physical paperwork and I would need to pay another $69 to do over the test because DMV will not take a copy. Ok, I believed her. Was very upset because they were incompetent, lost my paperwork which are medical records which most be kept on record for at least 3-10 years. Anyhow, come the find out by DMV that they would have accepted the Copy of the Physical because it was less then a year. I call back the office multiple times to speak with the office manager regarding a refund but did not get him. Teresa took my information said she would have the office manager called me, I have yet to hear from him.

Bad experience.Called a few times and checked if can cone to do Dot exam.Driven 1 hour and wasnt accepted because there is still 1 month until the old card expires.Went to other place and had no issues.Not professional

First visit was a great experience and thats Why I came back but this second time it was horrible they loose all my info and after spending 4 hours and only see a practice nurse I decide to leave, the 2 ladies at the desk I dont think they have any idea how to run the office neither have any customer services, it just a heads up to everyone. Mi primera vista fue muy buena y fue por eso q regresé pero esta segunda vez fue espantosa ya q estuve ahí por 4 horas con solo dos personas por delante mío y cuando por fin me llamaron habían perdido todo mis historial clínico decidí irme después de ver a la enfermera y decirme tiene q esperar más Pq no sabemos dónde está, ya había perdido 4 horas y esperaban q siguiera perdiendo tiempo, las mujeres q atienden en la recepción por lo que vi no saben nada de cómo manejar una oficina o servicio al cliente, cambio mucho espero q les sirva mi opinión.
