We hate to hear that you had an issue with the walk in doors . Unfortunately we were never informed about the issue by the dealer . But I am glad we had a chance to speak to you .

We really want to give them five stars but were just a little bit disappointed. The guys that came out and built our garage did it in one day which was pretty awesome but they left a whole bunch of rubbish and I mean a whole bunch of rubbish I have a dog and several chickens and we found all kinds of curly metal pieces and way too many screws! But I understood because they left at like midnight so it was pretty dark outside. But also that was pretty rude to our neighbors. But the problem is we cannot open the two walk-through doors that we got in the building so thats the biggest issue were having with this building. A week after we got the building we contacted someone about the doors and havent heard anything back so today I just started constantly emailing and constantly calling and I wont stop until the doors get fixed or we get reimbursed for the doors so that I can spend that money to give to someone else to fix the doors. Other than that its a great building!

I purchased two steel framed metal buildings for my home / property. They look great and the installer did a very good job. Im a contractor and see a real varied performance in the field but this guy and his team nailed it. The building was pre-fabricated and then installed. The fabrication work is top of the line.

This company is outstanding and provides some of the best customer service you will find. They took on an unusual job for me on an existing concrete driveway with an aggressive slope. After calling around and finding most metal building companies did not want to touch it, King Metal did it without any issue. I suffered from months of permitting issues with a challenging inspector and King when above and beyond to ensure that my building was eventually passed. Most companies would have moved on and forgotten about the sale once they were paid but this company had the integrity to maintain consistent communication and even 2 very reasonably priced return trips to settle with the county and finish the job.
