This is quite an unfortunate misunderstanding! My new employee was simply trying to tell you about our rewards program (it's a seperate discount program), and as she stumbled though the verbiage, your lack of patience never gave her the opportunity to give the anniversary discount (which has no qualifiers) because you did not purchase anything. Our rewards program is tied to a customers email and phone number and it rewards them a point for every dollar they spend. At certain point levels, the customer receives coupons. This rewards program is only used in-house to let that customer know about our upcoming sales and their rewards coupons. I invite you to come back and shop with us... and I will be happy to extend the 25% anniversary discount on your next purchase (with or without your personal information). Thank you for your review! Went to pick up some compression socks. They were having a 25% off sale, I went to check out. The clerk asked my name, which I gave, then she wanted an email or phone number. I never give these out! She rang me out without the "store wide sale" . When asked she said she couldn't give it because I didn't give my information. I believe this might not be legal...at the least , it's not customer friendly. I will NEVER GO BACK!

We carry as many men's styles as possible in our store. Mainly the top 4 colors men buy...Navy, Black, Pewter, and Ceil Blue. If we don't carry your color on hand, it can be ordered and available to pick up in 5 days. It's not unreasonable to have an expectation but we simply do not have the square footage to carry everything in every color. I do appreciate your feedback and we've grown our men's area every year as the population of men increase in the healthcare field.
