Worst business interaction or transaction of my entire life. I ordered 50 moisture wicking sweatshirts two month ago and it was a nightmare. After being promised it would be approximately 7-10 business days until delivery the sweatshirts I ordered finally were picked up today on the 23 of March (order was placed 22January22) and they werent even the agreed upon material. They ended up giving me performance fleece and called it moisture wicking after I showed the owner exactly what I wanted in store (Dri-fit material similar to a under armor pull-over). All of this came after delays to production because the entire shop shutdown for COVID multiple times, my sweatshirts became back ordered, they lied about doing next day shipping which then led to my delivery being lost by the mail supposedly, and after having to restart my order it was finally delivered and the wrong material at that in March on a day that was 78 degrees and no longer requires sweatshirts around here. In compensation for the original delay they did provide a free tan t-shirt which was appreciated and the only accurate item delivered. The irony is its the one item I didnt purchase or originally order. I have never been so disappointed in an experience or the final product after everything we went through. Please do not do business with them on big orders or anything you expect to be made to the standard of which you were promised let alone delivered anywhere close to when was promised. Terrible experience and I will never do business with this company again.

My husband and I went in to purchase a licensed plate on November 26,2021. We let the lady who took our order know that it was meant for a Christmas gift and she assured us that we would have it within 7-10 business days. My husband and I have called multiple times and on the few chances that someone actually answered the phone we got a different excuse as to why there was a hold up. It is now December 28,2021 and we still have no licensed plate. I have contacted about a refund and still no answer. I always try and purchase from small business but I highly do not recommend this business.

The turnaround time is great, customer service is excellent and I love how transparent the owner is. Her communication with me had always been great.

I gave my sons 5th birthday party and was so happy with the service I received from Loyal Designz! It was like a 1 stop shop from the shirts, face masks and hats to the bouncy house and front yard designz and party favors. It was all such a smooth process plus she was just a joy to work with. Very professionally, on time and quite welcoming; she makes u feel like family. My son and everyone enjoyed it all! THANK YOU LOYAL DESIGNZ, LOOKING FORWARD TO USING YOUR AMAZING SERVICES AGAIN!
