Too many people booked for surgical procedures at the birmingham surgery center In Homewood. NO social distancing under cdc and Jefferson County guidelines. Pepple @ 7:30 standing room only. This puts patients with compromised systems at risk for covid. Social distancing not being followed. You make me fill out covid forms but you don't Follow recommended cdc and Jefferson County guidelines. It's double standard to Ask me questions about covid related matters and yet subject me to a waiting room full of patients waiting. I WILL NOT STAY IN THAT TYPE OF ENVIRONMENT. YOU ARE PUTTING ME @ RISK....

My major problem with this practice is it is so cold in the building that I had to go to my car and put on my wool shawl! My appointment date was scheduled on a day that Bartlett was not even in the Office. The Office is very noisy. One of the Staff at the Desk was nearly screaming., her voice was so loud! I will probably switch to another eye doctor.

My glasses better be right and the tint activated when I get them this time and you should reimburse me for the lenses I ordered last year that were never activated. No person in that office even broached the subject of reimbursements knowing the person that sold them to me last year did not do her job but they were glad to sell me new lines, frames and a years supply of daily wear contacts. I hope Doc.V see that this is what is going on at his Montclair office because I will never go back there and will discourage others not to go to this office. 2000.00 may not mean anything to them but my hard earned money matters to me. Also it's hard to take someone seriously with pink hair. This is a professional business not a beauty shop or a bar. Someone needs to do an in service on professional business attire.
