These guys were a disaster to work with. Pleasant enough on the phone but on three occasions they promised a quote the next day and then never provided one. I would have preferred that they told me if they couldn't help rather than making promises they wouldn't keep. My team lost a month on a key development project which could have been avoided if they had been honest at the outset.
