Ordered a T-shirt two days ago. Went over with the gentleman that evening what I was looking for on my shirt. He informed me that he machine was broken and would be fixed by the next day. He had my phone numbers to give me a call. The next day- no call. I walked over there after work and was told the machine was still broken (after he was trying to find the T-shirt I had selected) and that my item would be done the next day. I went once again after work, not having received a call the the shirt was done, and the back of it included information I did not agree upon. The other gentleman working was unhelpful and said he could fix it within an hour. Due to another engagement I had to get to, I did not have the time to wait an hour not even a half hour. The lack of professionalism and customer service is very disappointing considering (for a T-shirt) it was $40+ tax. Not the kind of service I would expect for a T-shirt being charged that much. Needless to say, I will be going to other businesses in the mall to see (and hope) their service is better.

I needed to find a quick and affordable place to get a picture on a t-shirt, they did a wonderful job i ended up get a second shirt. He was fast and very patient with me. He did like 6 different shirt at a time. He said I can do your shirt fast he was right. The customer service was great, I will be back for more.
