We have worked with this company for a few years, and it is ridiculous how slow and complacent they are. We wanted to get orders in about a month ago, but they have made it impossible to do so. It has been a nightmare trying to get our merchandise ordered in time. They never get things to us when they say they will, and have terrible communication. We will be using a new company next time. They have officially lost our business.
I made a mistake and they had unembroider a couple lines of text, dropped it off on Monday fixed the problem and my item back Tuesday!!!!!I was amazed. I can't say enough nice things about this company!!!!!
