Took my order promised to call when ready, NEVER called!! I gave him the benefit of the doubt game him 3 weeks finally went in to pick up my shirts and he NEVER worked on them. His favorite line is "Sorry my friend"...Sorry my friend is insulting. Find somewhere else to go!!!
Bought multiple times from them. This last time he was extremely rude and short. I tried clarifying pricing with him and he got extremely short. He started complaining that he would lose money because it took him 2 to 3 hours to set up and was only charging $180 for the set up fee. Good luck with your business. Not sure who taught you how to talk to customers but might want to work on that.
What a wonderful experience! I was in a bind to get some uniforms quickly embroidered, and Triple M was able to complete within 24 hours. The customer service was truly exceptional, and I will definitely be returning for future projects. I highly recommend!
I don't appreciate being lied to about status of orders. Telling me you ship orders and then telling me they get lost in the mail? I considered you a friend and if you treat friends like this I'd hate to see how you treat regular customers. If you can't handle the work in a timely manner at least be honest enough to tell people you're too busy instead of saying you'll send the proof in a few days and a week later I haven't received anything?? I gave you a second chance and you screwed that up. If you were too busy I would completely understand but to be led on in completely unacceptable. Businesses don't last long if you can't be honest with your customers.
