Candice, Since leaving this review we have been working hard to progress your case. COVID has made things diffucult. This is not an excuse. Just a reality. I was in a car accident in May 2020. I reached out and opened a case in July 2020. This law group and the attorney never reached out after the initial call. I had to reach out and when I did was treated like I was bothering them. My last email was May of 2021 and was told we are still working on it. I just found out the atty I was talking to left. It is September 2021. I have not heard anything from them. I try to call and get told I am going to voicemail that is full and then hangs up on me. They received money from my insurance company early on and have had that money for over a year. I at this point think, I will never even see that money let alone anything from my case.

Very bad experience: kryder llc staff would not give me an answer and hang up the phone. Bad attitude: the staff would leave and they keep passing my case to a different person and would never answer me. My car accident was 8 months ago and no word from no one yet. I am totally frustrated with their services :)

Hi Mr. King, I am glad we were able to talk things through and resolve your concerns. After our conversation I think we both agree the insurance company is the bad guy here. Horrible never call anybody never calls anybody will hold your case for 3 years without doing anything all they do is nothing and get free money go else where
