These decals were custom made to the specifications the customer chose. He chose the size, the logo, the background color, and the logo color. It states in our return policy that custom made orders cannot be returned. The decals are very high quality and made with premium cut vinyl material. Our shipping prices includes shipping and handling costs as well as insurance to replace the order if it is lost.

I ordered wheel cap stickers for my Mustang GT .I ordered a speacial size .for some reason their special order . It took forever for them to get to me even though they are only 100 mi away .and when they got here in a regular envelope with a 58 cent stamp that they charged me $5.99 to ship the stickers were very poor quality .I'm not going to put them on my pretty GT convertible .so since they were special order NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS .I'm sending them back free shipping to them so they can sell them twice for an outrageous price . karma anyone ?

How the banner adheres is mainly controlled by how well the surface was prepped prior to installation. Wax and other cleaning products leave behind a waxy residue on surfaces that the banner will not stick well to. The surface must be cleaned well with rubbing alcohol before installation. The temperature outside also effects how the banner sticks, if it is too cold outside the banner will not adhere well. It is also important to not get the banner wet for at least 3 days after installation so the adhesive has time to set properly.

Oct 2019 i bought a custom made banner. Now in July 2020 banner started to peal off. I bought banners from other companies that last longer.

I have used this company for business and personal. They have made car sticker and license plate covers for me. Items were done very well, I had custom designs and they worked well with me getting exactly what I wanted. There customer service is great as well as product getting to you quickly.
