After 9 months and 11000 miles ..Kim does not believe there is wear and tear on the vehicle... read your service contract..it is plain English you talk to people like they are your slaves you demand above reasonable and you are a very hateful person....2 customers were in the office while you were talking to salesman like he is a little kid and they all agree that you have hateful issues you light need to go a brand new vehicle lady

They are people give high review you get money taking off there down payment, and when you buy a car from them . They will regret that 5 star they give them when something goes wrong! I was told things would be fixed like whatever was causing the check engine light to come on, still not done, something in the dash is making noises and the service manager tells me they already replaced that. WRONG because I have been told the part isn't in! And when I call the sells man he tell me oh come in because I can due a upgrade, when I say I AM NOT putting anymore money down he says ok. So when I go in he says oh well your going to have to put more money down. Why didn't you call me and tell me. Oh and now everything is wear and tear and nothing is under what the claim to cover! The service manager is hateful and will want to argue about everything.....DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!! /!

They told me 1payment behind you'll owe the price of the whole car not the one payment read the contract before u buy from them if u do & check milage is high I wouldn't buy jack from too high. Cars too old

This was the first car I financed & purchased from a dealership. I shopped around for awhile & was pleasantly surprised with my experience here. I got a 2013 Ford focus & largely I'm very happy with it. As a used car, it has a few scratches but overall works well. I like that a 12 month warranty/protection plan was included for major fixes like engine/transmission. Curtis & the other gentleman was able to get my monthly payments down to an agreeable amount. The customer service was great & friendly & I did not feel forced like some other dealerships make you feel! I recommend.
