Terrible experience! I spent several hours here test driving cars. It was after 5 o'clock when we finished and I was informed I would be called back the next day to finish up on docs...etc. NEVER got a call or heard back from anyone.

I received a cold and hostile reception from three white people. An overt message that I was either too low class or too black to set foot upon a Volvo Dealership.
Mike at Century always takes great care of me (for both of my Volvos). This time the team not only did their usual excellent mechanical work, but they also saved me some money during these tough inflationary times.

When our car began displaying a service message, I was able to get an appointment quickly. The service department took care of the problem and returned our car the same day. They were very courteous and efficient.

We've always been very pleased with the service received at Century Volvo in Huntsville but this time we should have gotten a quote in writing. Replacing a lost key was supposed to cost around $250 since i chose one without a remote component. I talked to the parts department about this, felt they understood my choice and made the appointment to get it coded for the car a week later. At THAT appointment i was told the option i had chosen was not one they had in stock and even though I would have waited for the past to come in, was told they'd make it work with what they had. Only after waiting for it to be finished was i told that the total for the key, with the remote now, was close to $600. I had to be at work and was already late so I chose not to argue, which i now regret. Lesson learned.
