This is for their Will Call door. You have to call-in to pickup your order. Problem is the last three times I've used their Will Call system it has taken 20 minutes to get some to help. Also, they seem bothered that you called.

Horrible quality. Even worse customer service. My order was way off. So after calling and emailing over and over they try to offer a discount on more of their services. DO NOT USE THEM
