RUDE PEOPLE! Worst attitudes ever! They love to charge rush fees for every little thing. Dani is rude and Ted (the owner) couldn't care less. Avoid these idiots like the plague.
Embroidered $700 worth of shirts that were supposed to be screen printed. I have emails from employees verifying the mistake but new owner Ted refuses to correct their mistake.
I can't say enough about the staff and the quality of their embroidery and screen printing. Everyone has been so helpful when I have questions. I love the portal, which allows me to track the order progress and has a design catalog of the work we have done with them. They are the best I have worked with.
This company has very poor quality embroidery and very poor customer service. Their staff is very catty, and snide. They have a thin veneer of "happy" corporate talk...The right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing. The process is cumbersome. Don't let the "sophisticated" website appearance fool you- less web savvy embroiders do a much better job and appreciate customer much more than these people. I searched for other contract embroidery services and found FAR BETTER businesses very fast... just ask Sanmar to give you a list. Any of them are better than the chinzy work and attitudes at AZCA.
