Ive been ordering from here for years , seasonally. Theyre very nice inside the store and on the phone , but even before COVID- 19 , theyre turn around times were never as stated. There has been maybe one time where the stated turn around time wasnt at-least 2 to 3 times longer thang the time originally given . That doesnt bother me . I understand production takes time , so I began my own screen printing company. I still order embroidery from them . Long turn around times have turned into leaving work early . Now theyre supposed to be there from 12-4, and I called in advance, and they werent there at 3:55. Its only 5 minutes but a business is a business. They expect cash only , I expect you to be open till you state , especially if its on the voicemail. The voice mail accuses the caller of calling outside of business hours , which feels horrible as a customer when its 3:45pm and you drive 45 minutes to pick up your order. I dont normally post things of this nature , but this has been a persistent problem . Be warned of non cured garments , they provided an order to me with gold ink that faded after one wash. I addressed them about it , and they told me sorry about that, zero compensation. Im not sure if the product is worth the hassle anymore considering you can access these services online .

We needed T-Shirts in a hurry for the Pioneer Day Parade. Nord Country School kids would be marching for us. We wanted the colorful Gateway Science Museum logo on the back and the Nord Country School logo on the front. When Jey saw the "bleed" from the GSM logo it, the multiple colors made it blurry. Given the timeframe we were working with, she suggested a single color which worked out wonderfully. Kids look great, T-Shirts were fabulous, delivery was ON TIME, price was great.
