Takes for ever to respond in your email. I printed cards it took 39 days to arrive and he never called to tell me that they arrived I had to track Ii down My self. Requested 500 card he made me 1000 and made me pay for it Requested the Design files so I can take my business somewhere else , the Design files that I paid for and he never send it I called in and requested a call back they never called back. So unprofessional lack of Customer service
