I rarely write reviews, but the lack of communication and professionalism on the part of Fields Printwear is deeply disappointing. It is their responsibility to deliver their products on time, and they failed to do so. This caused a great deal of inconvenience and frustration for me and my son, which is completely unacceptable. Furthermore, the fact that Fields Printwear did not take responsibility for their mistake and offer any form of compensation or resolution is concerning. Their lack of accountability and customer service skills is unacceptable, and I would strongly caution against doing business with them in the future. Overall, my experience with Fields Printwear was extremely negative and I would not recommend them to anyone. Their failure to produce your son's T-Shirt for picture day demonstrates a lack of professionalism and commitment to their customers. I hope that they take steps to improve their business practices and customer service in the future. Stay away from Fields Printwear, there are plenty of good local alternatives.
