Stay away from this place. The leasing staff is disrespectful, unprofessional, and incompetent. There are newer, more luxurious buildings nearby that are worth your time and money.

I called from the door to see if I could see a model at 2:45pm. They were not with a guest but, told me they had an appointment at 3:30 pm, so they could not show me the unit even though I expressed that I would be moving right away and that I was here only one day from out of town. I have worked as a Leasing Consultant and as a Assistant Property Manager and have never seen anyone act so disinterested in leasing an apartment. You mean to tell me in a half an hour you cant show me one apartment quickly so I would have a reference before leaving town?! She said the apartment would have to be sanitized after, well I had a mask and gloves even, brand new ones... or I could just not touch anything as I only want to see not touch. She could have opened the doors etc... where theres a will there is a way! Covid has places making up all kinds of rules that are in poor customer service. There is a way to be safe and still provide outstanding service. Thus, I asked her what if they dont show up??? Then you have let a potential client get away when you had plenty of time.... it may have required more on her part but, she wasnt willing to do it! I said I would wait outside in my car to see if they show up.... so if they dont we have just wasted a good 30-40 minutes of both of our time.... and for me thats highway time because I will be driving the next 4 hours. No matter how nice the place is, if this is an indication of the level of service that I will receive if I was to rent here then maybe I should just look elsewhere. Very disappointing!!! After sitting and writing review I went to the door and a maintenance man was on his was out... she came to the door and finally took me for a tour. . Nice place. First impressions are lasting!

My husband and I absolutely love living in North 680. The apartment is the nicest and most modern we could find around the area. Very nice appliances, big open concept apartments, everything brand new. The gym has top of the art equipment and is very well maintained. The pool is a very nice place to be during summer. All the common areas are cleaned daily by Polo, the nicest maintenance guy I have ever seen. If you have a chance, get a heated garage: it is big enough to be used as a storage too. We were a little concerned about the new management, since we had a great experience with the previous one, but it turned out to be even better! Kurstie and Martha are wonderful, very courteous and attentive, and really make sure you have a good experience living here. After having bad experiences in other places where they would only care about getting new people in, they make North 680 feel like heaven. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a modern apartment with great amenities and very good and quiet location.

I have lived at North 680 for several years now. The apartments are beautiful. The management team is fantastic (Kurstie and Martha - Thank you!). The other residents are kind and friendly. I love it here and have no plans to leave anytime soon. Highly recommend 680 to anyone looking for a great place to live!
